Sauvignon Blanc
Napa Valley
Ryan’s Vineyard
$42/bottle
Winemaker Notes
With delicate fruit blossom aromas, the palate opens to notes of creamy lemon, sweet spice and spring mint. The wine shows a clean, subtle entry on the palate with a luscious texture and a focused acidity; a perfect balance, lively and fresh in its infancy, then mellowing and building body with age.
Wine Advocate Review
by Robert Parker
The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Ryan’s Vineyard is gregarious and floral, with scents of white peaches, lychee, green herbs, candle smoke, jasmine, and a singular honeyed note in the undercurrent. The palate is expressive, with lots of textural presence, full, perfumed flavors and dynamic acidity that carries the very long, minerallaced finish. It’s not your average Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great candidate for a few years’ cellar age. —92 pts.
