Winemaker Notes

With classic aromas of black cherries, plums, and blackberries our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has a luscious elegant entry that opens to a broad and well structured palate. Spicy flavors of clove and anise highlight the deeper mineral notes of graphite and slate, with a hint of black truffle. These elements, with the delicious fruit create a wine that is age worthy, while being approachable in its youth.

Wine Advocate Review
by Robert Parker

Deep ruby-purple, the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is deeply scented of cassis, violet, graphite, black licorice and touches of dried herbs and dark spices. The palate is generous, offering perfectly ripe fruit character with mineral hints, a silky, juicy frame and a long, ethereal finish. What a classy Cabernet Sauvignon! 140 cases produced. —94 points
