Welcome to Peirson Meyer Wines. These Terms of Service govern purchases, wine club memberships, and use of the Peirson Meyer website and related services. By placing an order, joining a wine club, or otherwise purchasing wine from Peirson Meyer Wines, you agree to these terms.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or receive alcoholic beverages from Peirson Meyer Wines. By placing an order or joining a wine club, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.

All wine shipments require an adult signature from a person 21 years of age or older at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend shipping to a business address or another location where an adult will be available to sign for the shipment.

Wine Club Membership

Peirson Meyer wine club membership is offered through our Mélange, Blanc, and Rouge clubs, with bottle commitments and release schedules varying by membership.

By joining a Peirson Meyer wine club, you authorize Peirson Meyer Wines to maintain your payment method on file and charge that payment method for scheduled club releases, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges associated with your membership.

Before a scheduled release, we may contact members with release details and opportunities to customize their wines when customization is available.

Club selections, benefits, bottle commitments, release schedules, pricing, and other membership details may change from time to time. We will communicate material changes to members when appropriate.

Club Releases and Payment

Wine club releases are processed automatically using the payment method associated with your membership.

It is the member’s responsibility to maintain a valid payment method, current billing information, shipping address, email address, and other account information.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may contact you to update your information and may hold the release until payment is successfully completed.

Wine prices, taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are based on the wines and delivery information associated with each release.

Customization

When customization is offered for a club release, members may modify their wine selections within the designated customization period and subject to availability.

Certain wines may have limited availability, and requested substitutions or additions are not guaranteed.

If no customization is submitted by the applicable deadline, the scheduled club selection may be processed as originally offered.

Cancellation

Wine club membership requires a minimum commitment of one club release. Members may cancel their membership after their first release has been processed.

Following the initial release, members may cancel through their online account or by contacting Peirson Meyer Wines.

Cancellation requests must be received before the next scheduled club release has been processed. Once a release has been charged or an order has entered fulfillment, we may be unable to cancel or modify that shipment.

Cancellation of a wine club membership does not cancel or refund orders or club releases that have already been processed.

Shipping and Delivery

Wine may only be shipped to locations where Peirson Meyer Wines is legally permitted to sell and ship alcoholic beverages.

Shipping availability, carriers, service levels, and costs may vary based on destination, weather conditions, legal requirements, and other circumstances.

An adult signature from someone 21 years of age or older is required for wine deliveries. Carriers will not leave wine shipments unattended.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges resulting from address corrections, rerouting, failed delivery attempts, or returned shipments may be the responsibility of the customer.

Weather Holds

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. To protect the quality of your wine, Peirson Meyer Wines may delay or hold a shipment when weather conditions make shipping inadvisable.

When appropriate, we may recommend or use expedited shipping, temperature-protective packaging, or other shipping options.

Estimated shipment and delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Damaged Wine and Shipping Issues

Because wine is a perishable product and alcoholic beverage, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If your shipment arrives damaged, appears to have been compromised during transit, or you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact us promptly so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

We cannot guarantee replacement of wine damaged as a result of unsuccessful delivery attempts, extended carrier holds, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Availability

All wines are subject to availability. Some Peirson Meyer wines are produced in limited quantities and may sell out or become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute a wine with the customer’s approval when appropriate, correct errors, or cancel an order if wine is unavailable.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change.

Applicable sales taxes and other legally required charges are calculated based on the order and destination. Shipping and handling charges are additional unless expressly stated otherwise.

Website and Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting access to your account.

The Peirson Meyer website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Website content, photographs, artwork, trademarks, logos, wine names, and other materials may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Privacy

Information provided to Peirson Meyer Wines is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Peirson Meyer Wines may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your purchase or membership activity will apply as appropriate.

Material changes affecting wine club membership may also be communicated directly to members.
