Russian River Pinot Noir

Bright fruit aromas of cranberry, pomegranate, and wild ripe berries blend beautifully with a palate that hints of sweet spice, a flinty minerality, and a distinctive fresh earth quality. Open and expressive in its youth, the 2014 will expand and age beautifully for many years to come.

Review by Antonio Galloni

The 2014 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley is bold, fruity and forward, all qualities that make it an excellent choice for drinking now and over the next few years. Blood orange, cranberry, spice and star anise add an intriguing exotic aromatic upper register. Silky and expressive, the 2014 can be enjoyed with minimal cellaring. It is a gorgeous wine from Peirson Meyer Vineyard; sources are Miller and Bateman. -92 pts.
